We all have stress in our life. Its normal! When it starts to affect our sleep, or relationships, that’s when it may be time to turn inward and learn some tools to better manage the stress of life. Join Rachel for a 4-week mini series and learn how movement, breath, and meditation can be incorporated into your life. All props for class provided, just wear comfy clothing and bring an open mind.
